Teacher Aide (Pool)

Assist teacher in preparation and management of classroom activities and administrative requirements. Work under supervision of certified teacher.

Education/Certification:

High school diploma or GED
Associate’s degree or two years of study at an institute of higher learning preferred

Meet formal academic assessment required by ESSA

Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
Ability to assist in instructing science, reading, writing, and mathematics
Ability to work well with children
Capable of lifting up to 65 lbs.
Ability to communicate effectively
Subject to assignment

Some experience working with children required
